I locked myself out or lost my keys

Alterations or replacements of the locks, installation of bolts, knockers, mirrors, or other attachments to the interior or the exterior of doors require the approval of management.  Management must have keys to each lock on the house.  Management may gain access and re-key if at any time access is denied and will charge tenant for such action.  If it is necessary for you to borrow a key, they will be available during normal business hours only.  If you lose your keys or lock yourself out of your unit, MPM will come and unlock the door for a fee, only during normal business hours. Tenants must show photo ID to borrow a key or when let into their apartment.  If you’ve lost your key(s), you will be responsible for replacement costs.  On evenings and weekends, tenants will be responsible to contact a locksmith at their own expense.
