What Services Are Covered in a Rental Agreement?
Missoula Property Management works with owners to determine which management style works best for them. All management agreements include comprehensive marketing of the property and extensive screening of prospects. Applicants are screened by a third-party company that runs a check into the applicant’s credit, felony background, eviction, and income. We require our tenants’ income to be three times the amount of rent per month.
As for maintenance, all management agreements offer a 24-hour emergency maintenance line to determine whether or not a tenant’s issue is truly urgent and dispatch a team-member or vendor immediately. MPM offers handyman-level services, and we have great relationships with local vendors to tend to larger problems. Owners also can opt to have their own vendors solve issues.
When it comes to financing, all tiers of service offer a fully transparent owner’s portal where owners can view and print financial reports, maintenance requests, etc. Disbursements are made on the 20th of the month, with rental proceeds deposited into the owner’s account with a detailed financial statement, reflecting any income and expenses.
Missoula Property Management is confident that it offers better overall management service than any other company in the area!
